How are our urns made?
We create our urns entirely in-house, starting from the initial idea and transferring it to paper. Next, we prepare the graphic design, which is the most important and time-consuming stage. Before a model is introduced to sale, we produce several physical prototypes – each model must be carefully planned and refined.
We make sure that each design is versatile and can accommodate different emblems – clients can choose any color and emblem that best suits their preferences.
At the beginning of our journey, we produced urns exclusively from polylactic acid (PLA), a plant-based biopolymer made from materials such as corn starch. PLA is of plant origin and does not contain toxic substances. The way the material behaves over time depends on environmental conditions, and its durability in soil varies depending on humidity, temperature, and microbial activity.
We do not limit ourselves in terms of shape or color – our range includes urns that shimmer in sunlight and others decorated with subtle glitter, adding a distinctive character to each piece.
In response to growing interest in nature-inspired memorial solutions, we created the BIO WOOD collection. The material used for these urns is a biocomposite made from cellulose, PCL, starch, resins, and natural waxes. How the material behaves over time depends on environmental conditions.
BIO WOOD models feature natural motifs and woven decorations, and their production requires a high degree of manual work, making them hand-made products.
All raw materials used in the production of our urns come from Polish suppliers, ensuring high quality and full control over the manufacturing process.
